The park has been undergone extensive upgrades including exterior paint, landscape enhancements, new signage, energy upgrades, repositioning of the tenancies and rent roll, and branding as “The SVB”. During the first 12 months of ownership SCCR has rolled 60% of the tenancies and has increased rents by over 40%.
