Stainless steel passive lock mechanism replacement kit for hinged doors manufactured between 1989 and 2003.
Replaces part number 2579529 a gold-colored zinc dichromate passive lock mechanism.
Kit includes instruction guide, stainless steel passive lock mechanism, hook bolt receivers, flush bolt receivers and one latch receiver blocker.

The blocker moves down when the Passive door is Locked, allowing the hooks from the active door to engage. This prevents the locking of the Active door, unless the Passive door is locked first.
