Very cool dazed colorful pastel rainbow photo print feels very psychedelic in yellows, blues, pink florals

We've seen similar dresses but never a print this quite remarkable

Waist: 12" could be made smaller with belt

Length: 52" (hemmed at bottom, probably has over 4" that could be unhemmed)
