If you do a wide range of spray work or can't decide which set is best, the complete set is the way to go. Includes 6 Needles & Nozzles (0.8mm, 1.3mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, and 2.5mm ) and 6 Air Caps (A, B-HS, C, C-HS, D, D-HS).

Deluxe Fluid Set (A7541)

For professionals that want to spray standard clear finishes and stains on furniture or create a textured look on counter tops. This set comes with 4 needles and nozzles (0.8mm, 1.3mm, 1.5mm and 2.0mm) and 2 air caps (A and C).

The A air cap with the 0.8mm nozzle and needle are perfect for spraying wood stains and other very thin materials.

The C air cap with the 2.0mm nozzle is perfect for spraying High Viscosity Industrial Coatings, Thinned Latex Paint, Heavy Primers, Butyrate, Nitrate Dope, Solvent Adhesives, Wax based Strippers.

High Solids Set (A7541-HS)

For professionals that want to spray high-solids paints or clear finishes. This set comes with 1.3mm, 1.5 mm, 1.8 mm, and 2.0mm needles and nozzles and B-HS and C-HS air caps.

The B-HS air cap when paired with the 1.3mm and 1.5mm nozzles are perfect for spraying high-solids wood coatings. We also recommend the 1.5mm with B-HS for spraying latex on cabinets.

The C-HS cap when paired with the 1.8 or 2.0mm nozzles is perfect for spraying latex paint on walls and doors.

Industrial Set (A7548)

For professionals that want to spray heavy primers and industrial coatings including enamels and epoxy's. This set comes with 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm and 2.5mm needles and nozzles and C and D air caps.

The "C" air cap when paired with the 1.8mm-2.0mm nozzle and needle sizes is great for spraying heavy primers and epoxy.

The "D" air cap when paired with the 2.5mm nozzle and needle is perfect for spraying Gelcoat, Heavy Primers, Nitrate Dope, other specialized architectural coatings.
