Two-in-one hotend with dual filament feed for the Creality Ender and CR series

The Phaetus TaiChi hotend has a double filament feed, which enables multi-colour, multi-material and printing with support material.

Both filaments are fed into the hotend but can be processed and printed separately. Changing the filament is easy and uncomplicated.

More even levelling

The levelling of the two-in-one hotend also proves to be much more convenient and even than the levelling of dual-extrusion hotends.

Titanium alloy support screws

The titanium alloy support screws ensure high strength and very low heat conduction, thus ensuring the function of one-handed nozzle changing.

Tapered designed all-metal heatbreak

The conically designed all-metal heatbreak with a wall thickness of 0.25 mm has been closely adapted to the heat sink and enables ideal heat dissipation and thus high-temperature filament printing.

High filament compatibility

The two-in-one hotend is compatible with all thermoplastic filaments including but not limited to typical composite fibre filaments. Suitable filaments: PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, PA, PEEK, PEI and PLA-CF, ABS-CF, PETG-CF, PA-CF /GF, as well as special filaments with steel, wood, boron carbide, tungsten and glow in the dark particles.

3D printer compatibility

The TaiChi hotend is compatible with the Creality Ender and CR series printers.

With the right modification, the hotend can also be used on other devices.
