Brew, ferment, condition, and serve from one compact stainless steel system.
The BREWHA Kombucha All-in-One Complete System is designed for kombucha producers, beverage startups, pilot operations, and growing commercial brands that want a simpler, cleaner, and more efficient way to produce kombucha, hard seltzer, tea-based beverages, kvass, root beer, and other fermented drinks.
With integrated heating capability, a removable lid, a sanitary stainless steel conical fermenter, and scalable sizing from small pilot batches to larger commercial production, this system helps you reduce equipment complexity while improving process control and consistency.
Traditional kombucha production often requires multiple vessels, more transfers, extra cleaning, and more room to manage heating and fermentation separately. This all-in-one kombucha brewing system simplifies the process by combining key production steps into one stainless steel fermenter system.
That means less handling, a cleaner workflow, better use of floor space, and an easier path to producing consistent batches. For startups and growing beverage makers, that can mean lower complexity without sacrificing process control.
This system is built around a stainless steel conical fermenter with a removable lid, integrated heating capability, and sanitary fittings and valves. Tea or other beverage ingredients can be processed in the same vessel, then the tank can be cooled and used for fermentation and conditioning.
The jacketed design helps with temperature regulation, and the pressure-rated tank can also function as a brite tank before serving or kegging. This helps streamline production while keeping your process more controlled and efficient.
Watch this step-by-step kombucha brewing video to learn how to use a stainless steel all-in-one fermenter system for heating, fermenting, and producing consistent batches. This process is ideal for both small-scale and commercial kombucha production.

Each Complete Kombucha System includes:
Small (8 gallon) through Large (24 gallon) systems are water jacketed. The 1.5 BBL size and larger are water jacketed and insulated. The tanks are pressure rated to 14.9 psig, allowing them to also function as a brite tank prior to serving or kegging.
This system is available in sizes for small-batch production, pilot operations, and commercial beverage production. Gross volume is listed below; process volume is typically 10–20% less.
Multiple voltage and power configurations are available depending on system size, including 120V, 208V, and 240V options, with larger systems available in single-phase or three-phase configurations.
Optional accessories are available to expand the system’s production and serving capabilities.
Many beverage producers start with simple tanks and then realize they still need separate heating, cooling, conditioning, and process accessories to build a practical production workflow. This BREWHA system is designed to solve that by giving you a more complete production platform from the start.
Instead of piecing together multiple components from different suppliers, you get an integrated stainless steel kombucha fermenter system built to support cleaner operation, easier process control, and a more professional production setup.
This all-in-one system is designed for producing kombucha, hard seltzer, tea-based beverages, root beer, kvass, and other fermented drinks in a more controlled and efficient way.
Yes. The available sizes range from small pilot volumes to larger commercial production sizes, making it suitable for startups, test batches, and growing beverage operations.
A standard fermenter usually handles only one step of production. This system combines more of the process into one vessel, helping reduce transfers, simplify sanitation, and improve workflow.
Yes. All sizes of the new 5-in-1 fermenters are water jacketed AND insulated.
Yes. With a pressure rating of up to 14.9 psig, the tank can also be used as a brite tank prior to serving or kegging.
Sizes range from 30L / 8 gallon up to 2200L / 595 gallon, so the system can support both pilot and commercial beverage production.
Yes. Additional conical fermenters with heaters can be added to increase total production capacity as your business grows.
No. It is also suitable for hard seltzer, tea-based beverages, kvass, root beer, and other fermentation applications.
