1916 WW1 British Army Leather Satchel or Case - cav074A rectangular leather case . It closes with a flap and buckle. Under the lid the front of the case is stamped "Allen, Maker, Vauxhall Bridge Rd., 1916" The case is unlined. There are two leather pockets inside. A buckle and a long strap are attached to the back of the case. The long strap is partially torn halfway along its length.
