The TENS programs control and provide temporary pain relief for muscle, chronic, or acute pain. This program provides non-invasive nerve stimulation through small electrical currents.

The NMES programs stimulate muscles and treat a number of muscle and nerve-related conditions. This program assists in the healing process through electrical pulses which stimulated repeated muscle contractions.

Use TENS AND NMES depending on the condition being treated. Typically the onset of pain relief starts after 20-30 minutes.

Generally, TENS is used for longer periods, reaching 1.5 hours per session. When using Primera to improve muscle performance it is recommended that you only stimulate the muscle groups in sessions of 30 minutes, three times per week.
