Multi-Tenant industrial buildings with Shallow bay, Mid-Bay and Larger Bay spaces. Business Parks comprise of the above properties, and portfolio acquisitions that provide a mix of industrial and flex properties.

Target Markets

  • Texas – Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston and Laredo
  • California – Southern California with an emphasis on Los Angeles and Ventura Counties and the Inland Empire.
  • Western Markets – Las Vegas and Phoenix.

Business Plan

Acquisition of existing projects or portfolios with multiple challenges including substantial renovations required, re-branding and re-positioning, and shortfalls within the capital stack resulting in poor property performance. Ground up development opportunities will focus on growth areas within the targeted markets.

Key Drivers

Infill projects or suburban submarkets with an emphasis on the fundamental growth dynamics of the specific area and the overall demographics to support the business plan. We bring thorough market knowledge to the each of our targeted markets.
