The Maton EA808 is a classic guitar that features newly tuned, scalloped braced tops with more refined solid select grain Blackwood back and sides. The backs have been radiused to help create a greater tonal spectrum with focus on classic Maton earthy tones resulting in more bottom end response. The Necks have been upgraded to solid Blackwood timber and in keeping with the “Australian” theme, now have a Desert Acacia (Mulga) fingerboard and Bridge. Finally the Australian series now comes with the NEW Maton UV cured paint finish – a finer coat for a finer tone. A new MOP Australian Decal adorns this exciting new guitar. (Can be ordered with a Bunya Pine Top to be completely made from Australian Tone woods)
