Double crust style aluminium pizza pans are available in base diameters of 12″, 14" and 16″ with a 3" circular hole and pan depth of 1″. The round outer rim adds strength. The hole top edge is left unfinished and may be sharp. Suitable for use in deck ovens. Aluminium pans do not need to be seasoned as they will not rust. However it is generally considered wise to oil pans as this helps to create a non-stick finish as well as darkening the pan.
