Take your Chevy Trail Boss and GMC AT4 1500 truck to the next level with this BDS 4" suspension lift that clears up to 35" tires. Up front it runs top-mounted strut spacers, tubular upper control arms, high-arched 1/4" steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates, with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends to correct steering geometry and keep ESC compatibility. The rear uses a heavy-duty lift block, new u-bolts, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 performance shocks.

The upper control arms use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup for additional down travel and camber adjustment, durometer-specific frame bushings, greaseable ball joints, and a black powder coat finish.

Notes

• Requires frame bracket modification.
• Factory 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference; stock 20" wheels can be reinstalled.
• 17" wheels with 4.5" backspacing should be test fit before mounting tires to ensure clearance to the steering knuckle / tie rod.
• All aftermarket wheels should be test fit before mounting tires to ensure clearance to the brake caliper. Some wheel profiles will not clear the caliper; test fit in stock condition before lifting.
• 2.7L Turbo models use the Diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment. If equipped with a mono-leaf rear spring, use part #UBT4064.
