Unit powers on, but it takes a long time to cool and will only cool to about 0C. Heat does not work, heat will turn on for a few seconds but then turn off and the temp drops back down. Buttons and menus responsive. Power cord outer coating is cracking near the plug and near the input on the back. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
