Given this product's waterless nature, we have unexpected directions for use. Since our formula is waterless, this means the product will not activate before it has contact with water. Apply before bedtime to damp skin or before applying a water-based moisturizer to activate the high potency, anhydrous Vitamin C. If you have extra sensitive skin, applying moisturizer before and after can help minimize the tingling effects. For a glowing complexion, use on face, neck and décolletage.
