The Thuren 1994-2002 Front Trackbar kit dramatically improves on the weak and flawed 2nd gen track bar design.This track bar uses a fabricated upper frame bracket that corrects suspension geometry and relocated and redesigns the frame side mount of the track bar. The changed design reduces wanter, bump steer, and ultimately improves steering feel/handling with a stronger mounting point. The Thuren track bar itself is also improved with a Delrin upper frame side joint, and FK-rod end axle side joint that uses a larger bolt than stock. Unlike most 2nd gen track bar kits, the install is also weld free and requires minimal changes to the truck. As of 3/2/23 Patent Paperwork has been filed and paid for, so now we are legally Patent Pending on this design!

This track bar is designed for 4-6" lift, so if you have a stock to 4" lifted truck you'll want this 0-4" lift version of the Thuren track bar

This track bar does work on 98.5 and newer trucks running either the Carli/Thuren sway bar end links, or complete replacement Thuren sway bar. On the older 94-97 trucks, you must cut off your factory axle side sway bar mounbts to convert to the 98.5+ axle mounts and sway bar using these weld on DT Pro Fab tabs, or run the DT Pro Fab track 2nd gen bar which is compatible with all year models, sway bars configurations, and generations.

This Trackbar Version is for trucks with a 4-6 inch lift already installed.

1994-2001 Ram 1500 4x4.
1999-2002 may require slight grinding for fit. Read STEP 13 HERE if concerned about.
MIGHT fit and function with up to 8" of lift.***
Details:

Functions on most already installed 4"-6" suspension lifts.
Should clear most aftermarket diff covers, as long as the axle is not moved too far forward.
IMPORTANT MUST READ POSSIBLE FITMENT ISSUES!!!!!
1) Some of the later 1999-2002 2500 & 3500 trucks may have a larger diameter Sway Bar, with a more curved shape to it. This bar has a inward "kick" to it, moving it closer to the frame. This style bar will not work with our Track bar Kit. Please email us pictures of your factory 2500/3500 Sway Bar if you are unsure or the clearance needed, or, plan on purchasing our Sway Bar kit. Out of many hundred 1994-2002 Trackbar kits sold, we have only seen this issue pop up a few times.

2) If you have the PSC Big Bore SG851 Gearbox Kit, you will need one of these bolts ---> Click Here

3) If you have a 1994 - 1998 Model Truck and you have Sway Bar Links or a kit that requires you to flip the Sway Bar to the top side of the axle mounts, your Sway Bar will hit our Trackbar Mount.

*** If you have more than 6" lift, up to 8" lift, this trackbar kit may function OK for you, but you will need to cycle your suspension and verify everything clears yourself. No promises!!!
