A slim vase for a few stems - three tulips, a single branch, a couple of wildflowers. The narrow opening means you arrange with intention rather than volume.
Handmade in San Bartolo Coyotepec. The burnished black surface catches light differently throughout the day.

About Barro Negro
Barro negro is a black clay found near San Bartolo Coyotepec in Oaxaca. Local artisans shape it by hand, burnish the surface with stones, then fire it in underground kilns. The high-temperature firing turns the clay black and creates its characteristic shine.
The technique has been passed down through families for generations. Each piece is handmade, so no two are exactly alike.
