From the growing of the roses, to the drying of them, and creation of this jewelry, this is what artisanal truly means. Named 'Enchantment Scent Floral Jewelry', this brooch and earring set was made in the artists colony-town of Asheville, North Carolina. Tiny little pink rosebuds and the wildflowers adorn an ovular brooch, encircled with a pink satin weave trim and tiny pearls are peppered throughout. The earrings consist of a fabric-backed metal stud, with three small rosebuds that have thin pink satin ribbons bedecked with tiny pearl seed beads. There is a thin layer of clear glaze over the dried flowers to help them last (and there's even some scent remaining, though just a touch!). The overall condone is very good with some light dried flower bits having been lost and the color may have faded some. Please see photographs for full details.
